SDAC was founded in 1985 as South Dade Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Inc. SDAC is recognized as one of the fastest growing minority-owned federal contractors in the country. SDAC currently provides facility support services, construction, civil/heavy mechanical, rail and medical supply services in the Eastern United States from White Plains, New York, to our corporate headquarters in Homestead, Florida. We have long-term contracts currently in New York, Massachusetts, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North Dakota and Florida. We have the capacity to provide services in all 50 states.
